Katy Cesarotti

Katy Cesarotti’s fiction has appeared in the Southwest Review. In 2019, she was the winner of the Devine Fellowship Award, selected by Kathleen Rooney.

She earned her B.A. in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from Vanderbilt University. She went on to receive her M.F.A. from Bowling Green State University where she served as fiction editor for the Mid-American Review. She has worked as a copy editor for over six years and is passionate about plain language and conciseness. Cesarotti has worked at Penguin Random House as an Assistant Production Editor, served as an editor of the Roosevelt Review, and was a Communications Specialist and Editor at Roosevelt University.

Cesarotti now lives in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood and works as a Copywriter for Morningstar.
